She smiled at his joke, and he wasn't far from wrong, the desolate town was nearly empty as far as she could see, but not in the peaceful way that she loved, just, a lonely way. "Well, partially because most people want their litle villages on the map, like tyou say, it makes money..." She flicked her hair back and leaned over in her seat. "But most, I would have to say..." She paused once more, as if thinking about it carefully.
"...I think, for the money, yeah." She nodded. "Call me selfish, but I need money, and this is the only thing I am good at." She rolled her eyes at her own lack of skills. "No one employs a rude, blunt, cold and foreign young woman, not unless she has some fantastic skills or brilliant grades. True but sad story."

He laughed loudly. "Ha! My dear, everyone in life wants money. You think I work here for the patients? If I did I would do it for free! You think the ambulance service do it for the people? Wouldn't they do that for free too?" He paused to rearrange a few pens in his pocket.
"Tell me I'm wrong?! Go on!" He laughed. "Don't get me wrong there's a little want to help the people or we wouldn't do the job. But the money is the big factor for it all!"

She smirked. "No I don't disagree, money makes the world turn. Pathetic isn't it. If we lost all technology suddenly one day, not one of these people would know how to survive, they couldn't look after themselves without it." She rolled her eyes.
She was resting her bag against her leg, but had to move it, although it appeared reasonably small, only the size of a smallish laptop, it carried a huge wealth of information, files, notes, and not least of all, the laptop itself, and was starting to feel very heavy.

He nodded. "Money does make this materialistic world go round. Stepping over people to get your own way in life is... well just a flaw, a steppingstone as it seems."
The doctor crossed his legs again. "So... is there anything else? Something... specific you wanted to know. But may I remind you, this little conversation doesn't keave this morgue. I can't tell you nothing major, as it happens because after all it is classified."
